Besides rebuilding that assembly, you can try spraying WD40 on the latch bushings, gently tap it with a hammer a few times, and manually operate it seceral times to work the lube in there and free it up. Usually the bushings dry up and they get stic

I am afraid to weld anything, its just scary and I'm not that good at it anyway. For me, because of the fear factor and the potential danger, I just don't weld.

cool. good one. I see it now on the middle arm. Goood quick fix. You got lucky on that one that you had enough of the arm still attached to the main part of the toggle lever to do what you did. On a side note, I started wondering if the scissor spr

It looks like you drilled angled holes on top and bottom and drove some screws and it held? On the rig?? BRILLIANT!!

I just knew that information would come in handy to someone.. Hope this solves your problem. Of course the Poly-Vee Kits come with a 1" pulley, the 1 5/8" pulley is 53-520159-000 Poly V Sheave (1-5/8" Dia.) They are not cheap either..

Come in at 3:30 Wed night, 32 team league starting in two hours no place to move them and I have a scissor spring on the carpet along with a piece of the toggle lever. This is what I did to make it work. Fixed it on the machine in about 45 minutes.

I think the new Bruns CC belts are good now since they came up with the latest design but I'm wondering if they use silicone release agent during molding because the first set I ever got, I had problems with after cleaning with ST-21 (never happens)

Mike and mods, i do not mean to further the thread on the welding on machines inside...but i do have a valid question. Is the practice of welding anything normally done outside the bowling centers? ....or just off of the machines? Our mech does we
